Answer the questions with “Yes” or “No”.

1. Do you eat a calorie restricted diet?
2. Are you over-stressed? Physically and/or mentally?
3. Do you eat a diet high in saturated fat (e.g. fast food), sugar, and salt?
4. Do you drink more than 24oz. of sweetened soft drinks daily?
5. Do you exercise less than 3 times per week intensively?
6. Do you eat less than 3 servings of fruits or vegetables daily?
7. Do you smoke. Do other members of your household smoke?
8. Are you suffering from any immune-challenge conditions?
9. Do you live near a factory where chemicals are being processed?

If you have more than one “Yes” answer, it may be wise for you to consider supporting your immune system.
